Ada is in beta and accounts are granted one at a time. Open an issue titled Access request — your GitHub account is the credential, so there's nothing else to send. We add it to the allow-list and you sign in.

Something broken, something missing, something that annoyed you. Search first — it may already be filed and fixed in the next build. Ada updates itself, so fixes reach you without another download.

Please don't open a public issue for a vulnerability. The engine repository has a disclosure policy with a private reporting route — use that and we'll respond before anything is made public.

What actually helps us fix it.
You don't need all of this. But each line you include roughly halves how long the fix takes, and the first two matter most.
- Version and OS — the version is in the window title bar and on every release
- What you did, in order — three steps beats a paragraph of description
- What you expected, and what happened instead — both, even when it seems obvious
- The model you were using — behaviour genuinely differs across the 340+
- A screenshot — but check the top bar first: it shows the account you're signed in as
Ada is built by one person. Replies are fast on real problems and slower on wishlists — that's the honest trade, and it's why every route above is public.
